Data We Collect and Use (Google API Data) To provide personalized support and community connection, our application uses the Google Chat API. When you interact with our "PeterPanTheMan" assistant, we access the following:
Message Content: We process the text messages you send to the bot to understand your requests and provide appropriate, harm-reduction-focused guidance.
User Identifiers: We receive basic profile information (such as your display name or email address) to manage our support sessions and maintain continuity in your personalized care journey.
How We Use Your Data We use this data solely to:
Provide real-time resource navigation and support.
Facilitate daily check-ins as part of your growth tracking.
Ensure that our responses remain non-judgmental and aligned with our community support mission.
Data Storage and Protection We take the security of your information seriously. Any Google user data accessed by our application is protected through industry-standard encryption protocols. We restrict access to this data to only what is necessary to operate the service and provide you with support.
Data Sharing We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal Google user data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared where necessary to facilitate the services you have requested (e.g., if you request a referral to a local housing or food service) or as required by law.
Data Retention and Deletion We retain your interaction data only for as long as is necessary to provide you with meaningful support. You may request the deletion of your chat history or associated user data at any time by contacting us at TheNeverLandCollectiveCA@gmail.com. Once a deletion request is verified, we will remove your personal data from our active systems.
